Complementing this initiative is the creation of the Provincial Information and Communications Technology Council (PICTC), the province’s policy-making and coordinating body for ICT development.

MANILA, Philippines -- Did you know that improper appliance use can lead to higher electrical bills?

“During this time when prices are on the rise, it is important to be smarter with our choices -- from choosing the right appliances to using them more efficiently. 1. Avoid incorrect fan size and placement.
